I love looking up the definition of words. The other day I was blown away by the meaning of anxiety…it literally means to divide and fracture from the whole. But then the opposite of anxiety is calmness and peace. Peace means wholeness, total. There are 3 kinds of peace: peace with God, peace within, and peace with others. God’s peace is His presence, and a surrender to Him. We can’t pretend to have peace though, but we can take steps to position us. The root of anxiety is to break, we live on a broken planet, but brokenness can always be restored!! I was inspired to create this little video to help take the steps in walking through anxiety.
