The body is designed to heal itself if you give it the right conditions. There is hope in the education of right principles. We need to know how the body does it and what we can do to work with it to make it well. There are only a few absolutes in life and if I can be as bold to say that the absolutes of true health are truly built into the nervous system and how well your systems are operating. This does not correct in fad dieting, smashing workouts, and extremes. It is truly daily, lifetime effort and adjustment. If we know the systems, we know how to self correct. It is innate in us because that is how God designed the body. Just like the law of gravity is there, you can't see it but you know it, it's the same that the body works on laws and principles. There is a negative and a positive for every choice we make. Embrace the simple, don't expect it to be easy but don't confuse simple and easy. It's not easy to implement the simple application of obedience to the laws of the body! BUT PRACTICE MAKES PERMANENT!!
