Phase 1: Laying the Neurological Foundation
This foundational phase prioritises neurological health, targeting safety for the nervous system and setting a robust base for your wellness journey.

- Joint Flexibility and Ground-Based Strength Training.

- Instructing your body in Flexion movements (from a seated position).
- Guiding your body in Extension movements (while lying on your back).
Phase 1 is your foundational Phase, leading to a broader exercise program, as the groundwork has been laid for more advanced movement techniques.
Phases 2: Tailoring to Your Energy and Needs.
- Phase 2: to safely rebuild strength, enhance mobility, and cultivate connection reducing cell danger response. The program goes beyond traditional functional exercises by focusing on the crucial connection between the brain and muscles, which is often disrupted by autoimmune responses.
Through targeted resistance training, we activate muscle fibers, reminding them of their function and restoring essential strength. (People think that functional exercise is sufficient but it’s not for stress. Without strength there can be no function. Function can’t happen when the muscles are no longer working. Functional exercise is definitely necessary but uses multiple systems at once -autoimmunity requires specific isolated movements to efficiently activate muscle fibres).
With careful consideration for stress triggers, the sessions are short and intense, tailored to your specific needs, ensuring we don’t overwork and undo the benefits. (Did you know the body starts breaking down after about 30 minutes of exercise? That’s not ideal for immune and adrenal issues). This is why each week, you'll engage in one power strength, one HIIT, and one Nerve-Somatic: Breathe Flow session. This dynamic approach, combined with varied training methods, keeps your routine engaging and effective. - Phase 3: Personal programming after a conversation together, so that you feel SAFE, motivated, and capable.
