I focus on the essential link between neurological health and physical strength, building from there to create your personalised health plan. Health is your body's ability to respond to any season and achieve any goal. This approach equips you with the knowledge, capability, and ENJOYMENT of choosing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
I specifically focus on Somatic movement and exercising muscles to their maximum capacity, activating muscle fibres in the best way, especially if you have autoimmune, adrenal sensitivities, Sarcopenia (atrophy or muscle loss) and rehab/recovery.
I LOVE variety so while my niche is foundations and healing, you can expect a balanced mix of Calisthenics, Resistance strength, HIIT, Nerve-Somatic, Breathwork, and balance sessions for a varied yet safe workout experience.
The whole point is that we are all pre-disposed to something, and so we all need to “pre-pare” and not wait for something to go wrong before we do something about it. The foundations I share will lay that foundation.
