We often have a misunderstood perspective on fungus, bacteria, germs and parasites - in this blog I refer to them as micro-organisms

I know I’ve personally categorised them as good and bad but they are actually more like nature's recycling crew. In my layman, simple understanding,  I see microorganisms as neutral and beneficial and all run the risk of becoming pathogens aka infection in response to their environment.

Their divine role is to break down waste and decaying material into its most basic elements. It's as if they're little helpers designed to keep our world, and us, clean and balanced.

Consider this for a moment:  they are nature's demolition crew. When an animal dies in the wild, it's a race against time before the natural world takes over to break it down. This is just God’s creative design of keeping our world in balance. These organisms aren't interested in healthy, vibrant cells; otherwise, we'd all be overrun by them!

The issue for us actually arises when our bodies become a breeding ground for waste and toxicity. It's no wonder that these natural scavengers then come to our aid. They aren't invading us; they're cleaning up our internal mess. Their increased presence is more a symptom of a deeper issue: an imbalanced inner terrain.

We usually tackle this issue with a quick hammer approach: pills and shots aimed at killing these so-called 'pests'. This is equivalent to firing the cleaner when the real issue is that people are constantly littering.
The focus here shouldn't be on eliminating these helpers but understanding why they found a job in us in the first place.

So what are the questions we should be asking?

Rather than blaming the micro-organisms for making us sick, let's flip the script. Ask yourself, "What environment have I created that has attracted these natural cleaners into my life?" What is synthetic in my life? That could be all the chemicals and plastic in our lives. The reality is that these toxins fill a space or take away from the natural workings of the body. What are my cooking methods? What is my hygiene practice? These are just a few to start!
It's not about what they're doing to you; it's about what you've done to invite them in and if what you are doing is keeping them in.

When micro-organisms come knocking, it's often because they've found weakened cells needing their cleanup services. This isn't a moment for panic, but reflection. The conditioned response to reach for a quick medical fix only masks the root problem. The real solution?

  • Hydrate your body
  • Eliminate what causes excess waste and mucus
  • Strengthen your cells and tissues

Getting rid of microorganism isn’t about annihilation; it's about respect and honour of the place and role. It’s having the approach like in our own home we can “hire” cleaners occasionally, but we can’t afford cleaners 24/7. (Well most 🤣🤣)

Again this topic is not a one size fits all and please don’t go buy a probiotic. Every single one of us has a different microbial load that needs individual assessment of your environment first!! But it starts by giving your body the foundations it needs first which is cellular hydration, real unprocessed food and keeping your elimination pathways open.
